By accessing or using the AI‑or‑Not API and website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

You must comply with applicable laws and avoid misuse (e.g., attempts to re‑identify individuals, infringing content, reverse‑engineering service protections, or disrupting availability).
3. No Storage of Uploads
As described in our Privacy Policy, we process images transiently for inference and do not retain them. You remain responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you submit.
4. Results and Reliance
Detections are probabilistic and not guarantees. You should not rely on results as definitive or for legal decisions without additional review.
5. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service. We aim for high uptime, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
6. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Tano Labs harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
